We’re extremely proud to have been presented the Ministry of Defence ‘Employer Recognition Scheme’ Silver Award. This award recognises employers that have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and have gone above and beyond in supporting defence personnel.
Supporting the armed forces is a big part of our culture at C4i Systems. Silver Award holders support Reservists by showing flexibility to plan for and allow them to fulfil their annual training and mobilisation commitments.
The award follows a pledge to support the Armed Forces community, as part of the Armed Forces Covenant. This means C4I Systems recognises the value that serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country.
We look forward to furthering our support for the armed forces community in the coming year.
