At C4i Systems we have been working hard to ensure our management systems meet the needs of our customers and comply with international standards. After an amazing effort from our team who undertook all accreditation work internally, we are delighted to announce that we have now been awarded certification to ISO 9001:2015.
The certification has been provided by Certified Quality Systems and the audit covered all of the engineering and design activities carried out at our Hereford site.
We are delighted with this achievement as we have not only successfully converted from the old standard, but in doing so we have strengthened our quality management system to enhance the service we offer to our customers. This accreditation provides on-going peace of mind for our existing customers, as well as setting a good example of the service we provide as a company for new customers.
